While My Guitar Gently Weeps Intro
Here is the piano intro for “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” arranged for guitar. Though the part is really just single notes I play this sometimes using octaves. I think it fattens it up a bit especially when playing acoustic guitar. I have 4 different ways to play it here.
- Single notes
- Octaves starting at 2nd position – 1st and 3rd string or 2nd and 4th string,
- Octaves starting at 7th position – 1st and 3rd string or 2nd and 4th string,
- Octaves using 1st and 4th string or 2nd and 5th string – so 2 strings in between meant to be played with fingers or pick and fingers.
